The National Board of Examinations is the organization responsible for conducting the National Board of Examination Fellowship Entrance Exam. This exam gives postgraduate candidates admissions to high proficiency courses in selected skills. The board offers the following specialized courses:

Eligibility

  • Candidate should have PG Medical Degree in the relevant specialties and their Medical qualifications or Candidates should have DNB degree certificate in the relevant specialties. 
  • Candidates should be permanently registered with certificate of MBBS and their additional medical qualification should be recognised as per provision of IMC Act.

Syllabus

The syllabus for this exam is divided as follows: Basic Sciences (25% questions), Main specialty (50% questions) & Sub Specialty (25% questions)


Pattern

The test paper for NBE FEE has a total of 100 objective questions with multiple choice answers based on the syllabus above. The paper has total 100 marks and candidates have 2 hours to complete the exam. There is no negative marking given for this exam.
