Investigator (NSSO) Exam

SSC conducts this examination for the recruitments of candidates in the National survey organization staff selection commission in India. This examination recruits students for the posts of gazette officers and various other groups and posts. This examination is extremely essential as you get posted in various government offices in India.

Eligibility

• The students should have a graduate examination from the recognized university or recognized institute.
• The graduation can be done in the subjects like:- Economics, statistics and mathematics.
• The students can also have a graduation from the Indian university .
• The students should have done graduation in the subjects like:-Applied statistics, Mathematical statistics or Statistics.

Syllabus

• The syllabus consists of General English and comprehension, General intelligence and general awareness.
• For the post of Indian economic service, you need to appear for the above mentioned subjects .
• The age criteria should be in between 21-26 years.
• There are 2 parts in the written examination test.

Pattern

• Students need to appear for the entrance test at their respective examination centres.
• The examination is conducted for 500 marks.
• There are two rounds of examination.
• The Part1 contains written examination or proficiency test for 400 marks.
• The Part II contains Personality or interview test which is of 100 marks.
• The two papers contain varieties of subjects that should be cleared. For example:- It contains subjects like:-Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Commerce, accounting, Business law, company law, Auditing etc.
