Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into post graduate super specialty courses of Doctor of Medicine (DM) and Master of Chirurgical (M.Ch) for 2012-13. 

Eligibility Conditioins

• The candidate must have completed recognized M.D/M.S or equivalent course in the respective subject as per Medical Council of India regulations. 

How to Apply

• The application form can be obtained from Room no-19 office of the Gujarat University at the cost of Rs.500 for each course.
  
  
• The entrance exam fee of Rs.3000 should be paid at Room No.20, Ground Floor, Gujarat University Office, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad.
  
  
• The duly filled in application form along with the examination fee receipt should be submitted at the university in person by  4^th Jun, 2012. 

Selection Procedure

• The selection of the candidates will be based on their performance in the entrance exam which will be held by the university.

• Last date for submitting filled in application form: 4^th Jun, 2012 (Monday)
• Date of entrance examination: 20^th Jun, 2012 (Friday)
• Declaration of Results: 21^st Jun, 2012 (Saturday)
