The Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur has invited applications for admissions to:
- Master of Technology (MTech)
- Master of Science (MS) by research and
- Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programmes for the academic session January, 2017.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
For M.Tech programmes:
Aspiring candidates needs to possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering or science or a Master's degree in science with marks/CPI not below the specified minimum from a recognised university/institute.
For PhD programmes:
Aspiring candidates needs to possess a Master's degree in engineering with marks/CPI not below the specified minimum from a recognised university/institute.

Selection Procedure:
For M. Tech programmes: All the candidates will be selected on the basis of GATE score or/interview or/written test.
For PhD programmes: The candidate must have a valid GATE score or must have qualified for in JRF/NET.
