Applications are invited from post graduate Indian candidates, with industrial experience, for the posts of Assistant Officers, for recruitment through GATE 2013 for the following disciplines:

• Physics (PH)
• Chemistry (CY)
• Mathematics (CS) 

Note

• Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of candidate’s GATE 2013 Score Card, Group Discussion / Group Task and Personal Interview. The GATE 2013 Online Examination is scheduled to be held on 20^th Jan, 2013 and GATE 2013 Offline Examination is scheduled to be held on 10^th Feb, 2013. 

• Candidates qualified in the GATE 2013 in the relevant discipline, will be called for the group discussion / group task and personal interview. The group discussion & interview schedule and centre address will be mentioned in the candidate’s admit card. Before getting registered with IOCL, candidates should register themselves for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2013. 

• To register with IOCL, candidates can visit the official website of IOCL: http://www.iocl.com/. Online registration commences from 10^th Dec, 2012 and will close on 19^th Jan, 2013. Eligibility Conditions 

• Post Graduate Degree in Science or M.Sc Degree with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from recognized Indian University / Institute
  
  
• Minimum 3 years of post qualification industrial experience in the field of Process, Manufacturing Industry, Logistics, Sales & Distribution, Services Industry, etc.
  
  
• Must have valid GATE 2013 Score Card in the relevant discipline 

Required Age

• Candidates should be below the age of 30 years.
• Age relaxation for the SC / ST / OBC / PWD candidates provided as per Government norms

• After successful submission of the online application form, the system will generate a complete online application with unique Application ID, which candidates should print out and use for the further process.
  
  
• Candidates appearing for the Group Discussion / Group Task & Interview have to submit their GATE 2013 Printed Application Form, Copy of GATE 2013 Admit Card, Valid GATE 2013 Score Card, and IOCL Online Application Form.
