Applications are invited from qualified, skilful and capable candidates various Non-Faculty Posts for the following positions:

• Assistant Librarian
• Accounts Officer
• Executive Assistant
• Lab Incharge
• Lab Technician 

Note

• Candidate’s appointment is to be done on Direct / Transfer / Deputation basis. Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in academics, work experience and interview. Only initial screening short-listed candidates will be called for the interview.

Eligibility Conditions

For Assistant Librarian

• Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science or its equivalent professional degree with minimum 55% marks, with consistently good academic record from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Sound knowledge of Computerization of Library
  
  
• Must have qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) in the relevant subject conducted by UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC
  
  
• Minimum 5 years of work experience as an Assistant Librarian in a reputed University / Education & Research Institute Library / State or Central Govt. Library
  
  
• Candidates should be below the age of 45 years.

For Accounts Officer

• Chartered / Cost Accountant or B Com Degree with MBA Degree in Finance from a reputed Institute
  
  
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar position, in a large enterprise
                        or
  Should be an Officer of Central / State Governments / Autonomous Bodies / PSUs, and have adequate experience / exposure in the finance and accounts matters
  
  
• Candidates should be below the age of 35 years.

For Executive Assistant

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University
  
  
• MBA Degree from a reputed Institute
  
  
• Should have proficiency in Word Processing like MS Word, Spreadsheet like EXCEL, Power Point presentations, etc.
  
  
• Candidates should be below the age of 30 years.

For Lab Incharge

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science & Technology or its equivalent with Biochemistry / Microbiology / Physics / Chemistry / Biology as one of the subjects from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in coordinating laboratory activities as Lab Technician, in an educational & research Institute / University
  
  
• Candidates should be below the age of 35 years.

For Lab Technician

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Food Science and Technology and other related subjects i.e., Bio-chemistry / Micro-biology / Physics / Chemistry / Biology from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Food Science / Bio related Lab as an Assistant
  
  
• Candidates should be below the age of 30 years.
