Applications are invited from deserving candidates for the following posts:

• Professor
• Associate Professor

Note

• Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of Interview. Candidates short listed by the selection committee will be called for the Interview. Eligibility Conditions

For Professor

• PhD Degree or Post Graduate Degree with recognized published research work in any Social Science discipline / Urban and Regional Planning / Management with specialization in the required field from a recognized University / Institute 
  
  
• Should have published High quality publications in the relevant field as Journals
  
  
• Minimum 15 years of experience in research / teaching / training in the urban affairs, out of which minimum 5 years of experience must be at the level of Associate Professor or its equivalent

For Associate Professor

• PhD Degree or Post Graduate Degree with recognized published research work in any Social Science Discipline / Urban and Regional Planning / Management with specialization in the required field from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Should have published High quality publications in the relevant field as Journals
  
  
• Minimum 10 years of experience in research / teaching / training in urban affairs, out of which minimum 5 years of experience must be at the level of Assistant Professor 

Required Age  

• 55 years: Professor
• 50 years: Associate Professor
• Age relaxation for SC / ST candidates provided as per government norms.
