Note
- Candidate’s appointment is to be done on regular basis for various Unit Mills and Offices under Southern Region, located in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Pondicherry. Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of Written Test and Interview.
- Candidates short-listed in the initial screening on the basis of academics and work experience will be called for the written test / Interview. The schedule of test / interview and centre address will be intimated to all short-listed candidates, by the screening committee. Eligibility Conditions
For Deputy General Manager (Finance)
- CA / ICWA or MBA Degree in Finance or its equivalent from a recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 14 years of work experience in the relevant field
For Manager (Finance)
- CA / ICWA or MBA Degree in Finance or its equivalent from a recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 6 years of work experience in the relevant field
For Deputy Manager (Finance)
- CA / ICWA or MBA Degree in Finance or its equivalent from a recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the relevant field
For Assistant Manager (Trainee-Costing)
- CA / ICWA or MBA Degree in Finance or its equivalent from a recognized University / Institute
For Assistant Manager (Trainee-HR)
- MBA / MSW Degree or its equivalent with specialization in HR / Industrial Relation / Labour Welfare from a recognized University / Institute
For Supervisor (Technical)
- B.Tech Degree or Diploma in Textile Engineering / Technology from a recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 3 years (B Tech) or 5 years (D.T.T.) of work experience in the relevant field
Age Limit
- 45 years: Deputy General Manager
- 40 years: Manager/Deputy Manager
- 28 years: Assistant Manager / Supervisor (Technical)
- Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC / PWD / EXS candidates provided as per government norms
Application Fee: Rs.300 (Exempted for SC / ST / PWD candidates)
