Applications are invited from well-qualified and skilled candidates for the posts of Junior Stenographer Grade III (Trainee). 

Note

• Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of Written Test / Shorthand Test, Typing Test and Interview. Candidates qualified in the written test / shorthand test will be called for the typing test and interview.

Eligibility Conditions 

• Bachelor's Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Should have passed Lower Grade English Shorthand and Higher Grade English Type-Writing Examination from Board of Technical Education or its equivalent qualification duly recognized by Government Authorities
  
  
• Should have minimum speed of 80 WPM in Shorthand (English), and 40 WPM in Type-Writing (English) or 30 WPM in Typing (Hindi)
  
  
• Good knowledge of Computer / Telex / Fax / Xerox and other Office Equipments Operation is desirable.
  
  
• Candidates, who have work experience as LDC-Typist / Stenographer, will be preferred. 

Age Limit

• Candidates should be below the age of 30 years.
• Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC / PWD / EXS candidates provided as per government norms
