Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL), Lucknow has invited applications from eligible candidates for filling up the posts of junior engineer (trainee) and UPPTCL junior engineer trainee.

There are a total of 226 posts. The registration procedure will begin from October 8 and will conclude on October 31. Distribution of posts is as follows:

1. Junior engineer trainee: 71
2. UPPTCL junior engineer trainee: 155

Eligibility criteria:

Educational qualification:

Candidates should have acquired three years diploma in Electrical engineering from a recognised university or institute.

Age limit:

The minimum age of the candidate should be 18 years and maximum 40 years.

Selection procedure:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the written test.

• General category/OBC category/ ex-servicemen from UP: Rs 900
• SC/ST category: Rs 600
• Physically challenged: Rs 10
