Technical offers are given equal chances to work as Quality Control Cells(QC Cells) and Production Planning and Control (PPC) division managers. The eligibility criteria for this is an engineering degree in the field of (Mechanical/Electrical/Aeronautical) or a basic license in aircraft maintenance. Experience also matters a lot.
