Applications are invited from knowledgeable and experienced professionals various posts for the following positions in various fields:

• Deputy General Manager (HR)
• Deputy General Manager (M&O)
• Deputy Manager (Logistic)
• Deputy Manager (HR)
• Deputy Manager (Engineering)
• Deputy Manager (Finance)
• Deputy Manager (IT) 

Note

• Candidates' appointment is to be done on deputation / contract basis for a period of three years, which can be extended further as per candidate performance. Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of academics, work experience and interview. Candidates short-listed in the initial screening will be called for the interview.

Eligibility Conditions 

• Should hold analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre / department / PSU, with relevant work experience in the field, in the same grade or grade lower
  
  
• MBA Degree or Bachelor’s Degree with HR / Marketing / Engineering / Finance / Logistics / IT as a subject, from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Should have relevant experience in the area of respective fields
  
  
• Good working knowledge of Computer Applications, Window-based Word Processing, Databases, spreadsheets, etc.
  
  
• Minimum 7 years (Deputy General Manager) or 5 years (Deputy Manager) of work experience in the relevant field 

Age Limit

• 50 years: Deputy General Manager
• 45 years: Deputy Manager
• Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC candidates provided as per government norms
