Eligibility Conditions

• A recognised medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule of Part II of third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualification included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in Sub Section (3) of Section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
  
  
• PG qualification in the requisite speciality as mentioned in Table A or equivalent.
  
  
• Work experience in a responsible position connected with the speciality for a period of: a) 3 years in case of PG degree Holder. b) 5 years in case of PG diploma holder.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 45 years as on 14^th Oct, 2013.

Application Fee

• DD of Rs.225 drawn in favour of ‘ESI Fund Account No. I’, drawn on any scheduled bank payable at the respective city of the State for which the candidate wants to apply as mentioned in the Table – B of the notification. SC/ST/PWD/ Departmental Candidates, Female Candidates & Ex Servicemen candidates are exempted from payment of fee.
