Applications  are invited from eligible candidates for the position of 04 assistant labour commissioner vacancies.  Apply online before 16th May 2016.

• Eligibility: Law graduate
• Job Location: Haryana
• Pay Scale: Rs. 15600 – 39100/- Per Month
• Last Date- 16^th May, 2016

Age Limit

• The age of the candidate should not below 21 years and should not be more than 42 years. The age of the applicant should be as on 27th April 2016. 

Qualification

• Candidates should have law graduate along with LLB (Professional) in 1st division with 10 year enrollment as an advocate and having experience in handling legal matter in public sector undertaking / banks. 

Selection Procedure

• The selection of the candidates will be on the basis of personal interview depending on the number of applications received. 

Age Relaxation

The upper age of the candidates in relaxable for the following specified categories to the extent indicated below:-

• By 5 years for candidates belonging to ST communities.
• By 5 years for candidates belonging to SC communities.
• By 3 years for candidates belonging to OBC communities. 

Experience

• Candidates should have experience in handling legal matter in public sector undertaking / banks. 

Application fee

• Candidates are required to pay application fee Rs500/- for general male candidates DESM and Rs 125/- for female candidates of all genera and reserved categories of all states and Rs 125/- for male of SC / BC / SBC / EBPG candidates of Haryana state only. Applicants have to pay fee through e-Challan in any branch of state bank of India / state bank of Patiala after 48 hours of registration of online application form. Physically handicapped categories candidates are exempted from application fee.
