Age Limit

The age of the candidate should not below 35 years and should not be more than 45 years. The age of the applicant should be as on 27th April 2016.

Qualification

Candidates should have graduation along with LLB professional in 1st division with 10 years enrollment as an advocate and having experience in handling legal matters in public sector under-taking / banks with knowledge of Hindi / Sanskrit up to matriculation or Hindi as one of the subject in higher education.

Pay Scale

Rs 15600 – 39100/- Per Month

Candidates should have graduation with economics or public administration or sociology or commerce or three year professional LLB degree with labor law as one of the subject with degree in journalism from any recognized university with knowledge of Hindi / Sanskrit up to matriculation or Hindi as one of the subject in higher education.

Pay Scale

Rs 9300 – 34800/- Per Month

Age Relaxation

The upper age of the candidates in relaxable for the following specified categories to the extent indicated below:-

By 5 years for candidates belonging to ST communities.
By 5 years for candidates belonging to SC communities.
By 3 years for candidates belonging to OBC communities.

Application fee

Candidates are required to pay application fee RS 500/- for general male candidates and Rs 125/- for female candidates of all genera and reserved categories of all states and Rs 125/- for male of SC / BC / SBC / EBPG candidates of Haryana state only. Applicants have to pay fee through e-Challan in any branch of state bank of India / state bank of Patiala after 48 hours of registration of online application form. Physically handicapped categories candidates are exempted from application fee.
