Applications are invited from knowledgeable and experienced candidates for various posts (Lateral entry) for the following positions:

• General Manager (Contracts) (Grade IX)
• General Manager (Marketing) (Grade IX)
• General Manager (Projects) (Grade IX)
• Addl. General Manager (Flight Operations & Safety) (Grade VIII)
• Addl. General Manager (Finance) - (Taxation / Merchant Banking) (Grade VIII)
• Joint Company Secretary (Grade VII / VI)
• Deputy Manager (HR) / Manager (HR) (Grade III / IV) 

Note

• Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in academic qualification, work experience, and personal interview. Candidates short-listed in the initial screening will be called for the interview.

• Rs.425, Rs.400 (Application Fees) + Rs.25 (Bank Charges)
• Exempted for SC / ST / PWD candidates 

How to Apply

• Candidates can pay the application fees for Rs.400, through Challan, which can be downloaded from the official link of HAL.
  
  
• Candidates can pay the fees amount in any branch of State Bank of India, in the Account Name “Hindustan Aeronautics Limited - Recruitment Account”, Account No. “30969511830”, at any Core Banking Branch of State Bank of India.
  
  
• After paying the application fees, the bank will generate complete copies of Challan (HAL Copy & Candidate Copy), which candidates should use for the further process.
  
  
• Candidates have to submit the HAL Challan copy with the application form for the further process and keep the Candidate Challan copy with them for future reference.
  
  
• Application Form, duly complete in all respect, along with self-attested passport size photograph, HAL Challan Copy and attested photocopies of all certificates, should be submitted to:
