HRD ministry has decided to give cash reward to 200 meritorious students of government schools. Minister of HRD, MM Pallam Raju passed a proposal according to which a cash reward of one lakh will be given to every student of government school who have cleared 12th CBSE Exam with meritorious marks.

Greeting the triumph of the student, Raju particularly considers the fact that 82.70 passing percent was the highest achievement in past five years. These 200 rewards will be bestowed to 4 different departments are Science, Commerce, Humanities and Vocational with 50 rewards each.

The student who passed the CBSE class 12th in recent year and have to be a student of a government school from the past four years that is class 9th to class 12th.
