Eligibility conditions

Fresh / Experienced Graduates & Company Sponsored Candidates with over 50% aggregate marks are eligible to apply to the IGTC Programme.

Selection Process

Candidates have to take IGTC Written Test followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interviews with the member companies (for selection as a management trainee)

Program Highlights

• 18-month, full time programme modeled on the German Dual Education System
•  One year of general management theory at IGTC integrated with six months of practical training (internship) at a German member company.
