Eligibility Conditions

For Assistant Manager (Industry)

• BE/ B.Tech. degree in Electrical and Electronics/ Textile/ Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering/ Production Engineering degree (Graduation) with first class or equivalent CGPA.

For Manager (Specialized Verticals – Credit, Risk, HR & Marketing)

• Two years full time regular Postgraduate diploma/ degree in Management from reputed institutions like IIMs or XLRI etc. or Certified Financial Analyst.

For Manager (Treasury/ Financial Products/ Financial Services)

• Two years full time regular Postgraduate qualification in Management (Banking & Financial Service/ Banking Management/ Banking Technology) or Certified Financial Analyst.

For Manager (Planning & Economist)

• Two years full time regular Post graduation in Economics (Mathematic and Statistics) or Econometrics or M.Sc. (Statistics).

For Manager (Security)

• Graduation.

For Manager (Cost Accountant)

• Qualified Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

For Manager (Corporate Communications)

• Two years full time regular Master degree in Journalism/ Mass Communication with first class or equivalent CGPA.

For Senior Manager (Treasury)

• Post Graduation or MBA from reputed institutions or Chartered Accountant or Cost of Accountant or Certified Financial Analyst.

For Senior Manager (Risk Management)

• Charted Accountant or Certified Financial Analyst or MBA degree (Finance) with Risk Management as a subject. Preference will be given to FRM/ PRM.

For Chief Manager (Credit)

• Bachelors degree in the relevant discipline and Qualified Chartered Accountant/ MBA Finance/ PGDBM/ PGDBA. Or Certified Financial Analyst.

For Chief Manager (Economist)

• Masters degree in Economics/ Econometrics. Preference will be given to candidates with M.Phil./ PhD.

For Chief Manager (Chartered Accountant)

• Bachelors degree in the relevant discipline and Qualified Chartered Accountant from institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

For Chief Manager (Risk Management)

• Chartered Accountant or Certified Financial Analyst or MBA degree (Finance) with Risk Management as a subject.

Application Fee

• Rs.50/- (Postal charges) for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates and Rs. 550/- for all other candidates.
