Applications are invited from eligible and competent candidates for various Administrative posts for the following positions:

• General Duty Assistants
• Security Personnel
• Sports Coaches
• Project Officers (For Estate & Project Maintenance)
• Legal Officer/Legal Advisor
• Stenographers

Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of Walk-in Interview. The interview is scheduled to be held as follows:

• 23^rd May, 2012: General Duty Assistants, Security Personnel & Sports Coaches
• 28^th May, 2012: Project Officers, Legal Officer / Legal Advisor & Stenographers

• Candidates short-listed in the initial screening will be called for the interview.

Eligibility Conditions

For General Duty Assistants

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Good command over English language
  
  
• Good working knowledge of Computers Applications
  
  
• Candidates, who have working experience in a reputed Business School / Technical Institute / Central or State Government / Autonomous bodies, will be preferred.
  
  
• Candidates should be below the age of 30 years.

For Security Personnel

• Should hold the position of Havildar or its equivalent position
  
  
• Should have valid license for using Weapon
  
  
• Candidates should be below the age of 55 years.

For Sports Coaches

• Should have valid sports qualification from SAI or its equivalent
  
  
• Candidates, who have working experience as Coach of Swimming, Racquet Games or as a Gymnasium Trainer, will be preferred.

For Project Officers

• B.E / B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in the relevant field, out of which 3 years of working experience should be in managaing projects or estate maintenance
  
  
• Candidates should be below the age of 40 years.

For Legal Officer / Legal Advisor

• LLB Degree from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the relevant field
  
  
• Candidates should be below the age of 40 years.

For Stenographers

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Should have minimum speed of 100 WPM in Shorthand and minimum 40 WPM in Typewriting
  
  
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in the relevant field
  
  
• Candidates should be below the age of 30 years.
