Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into two years full-time Master of Public Health (MPH) program for 2013-14. 

Eligibility Conditions

• The candidate seeking admission must hold a bachelor’s degree in MBBS, BDS, B.Sc., Nursing, BPT degree from any statutory university.
  
  
• The candidate should be a post graduate degree holder with M.Sc (Nutrition), M.Sc Nursing, master of Social Work and M.A Sociology to apply for this course. 

How to Apply

• Candidates can download the application form from the official website.
  
  
• A candidate is required to complete the prescribed application form and submit the same to the university on or before the scheduled date. The downloaded and printed application form should be sent along with a processing fee of Rs.500 only, by way of DD favoring “JSS University Fee Account, Mysore”, payable at Mysore along with the documents listed.
  
  
• Candidates may also obtain the application form along with the brochure by sending an application fee of Rs.200 only by way of DD favoring “JSS University Fee Account”, Mysore, payable at Mysore. The duly filled application form should be sent to the University along with documents listed below enclosing DD for Rs.500 favoring “JSS University Fee Account”, Mysore, payable at Mysore.

Selection Procedure

• Selection of candidates will be done based on merit, written test/personal interview. 

Last date for receipt of filled application form for registration:

• In person: 9^th Jul, 2013 (Tuesday)
• By post: 15^th Jul, 2013 (Monday)
