Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of personal Interview.

Eligibility Conditions

For Medical Superintendent

Should have basic University qualification included in the schedules to Indian Medical Council Act, 1956
Master Degree of Hospital Administration or MS / MD Degree or its equivalent qualifications from a recognized University / Institute
Minimum 2 years of working as Medical Superintendent or minimum 5 years of experience as Deputy Medical Superintendent in a reputed Hospital
Should have completed minimum 10 years of service after obtaining MBBS Degree and 5 years of service after obtaining MS / MD Degree or its equivalent qualification

For Professor

MD / MS Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized University / Institute
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience as Associate Professor in a reputed Medical College
Should have published minimum 4 research publications in Indexed / National Journals

For Associate Professor

MD / MS / D Sc Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized University / Institute
Minimum 4 years of teaching experience as Assistant Professor in a reputed Medical College
Should have published minimum 2 research publications in Indexed / National Journals

For Assistant Professor

MD / MS Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized University / Institute
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience as Resident / Registrar / Demonstrator / Tutor in a reputed Medical College

For Senior Residents

Master’s Degree in the concerned subject from a recognized Institute / University
Junior Resident
MBBS Degree from a recognized Institute / University

For paying the application fees, candidates should obtain a DD for Rs 500/-, drawn in favor of Director, Medical Education & Research, Panchkula (Haryana), payable at Panchkula.
Application form, duly complete in all respect, along with the DD and attested copies of all required Certificates / Documents, should be submitted to the Director, Kalpana Chawla Govt. Medical College, Karnal (Haryana), by registered / speed post before 16^th April, 2012.
Candidates belonging to far-flung areas can submit their application form before 24^th April, 2012 till 05.00 pm.
Candidates should mention “Application for the Post of ________” on the envelope in which the form would be sent.
