Applications are invited from knowledgeable and experienced professionals for the posts of General Managers for the following positions:

• General Manager (Plant) (E8)
• General Manager (Personnel & Administration) (E8)
• General Manager (Marketing & Distribution) (E8) 

Note

• Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of personal interview. Candidates short-listed on the basis of academic qualification and work experience will be called for the interview, by the selection committee. Eligibility Conditions 

For General Manager (Plant) (E8)

• B.E / B.Tech Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / EEE / Production / Instrumentation from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Minimum 20 years of working experience in supervisory level in the relevant field, out of which minimum 2 Years of experience should be in E-7 scale of pay in the relevant field or minimum 3 Years of experience should be in E6 scale of pay in the relevant field

For General Manager (Personnel & Administration) (E8)

• MBA Degree with specialization in HR or MSW with specialization in HR / MLM or Postgraduate Degree in Personnel Management from a reputed Institute
       Or
  Two years of PGDMA from a reputed Institute
  
  
• Degree in Law will be an added advantage.
  
  
• Minimum 20 years of working experience in supervisory level in the relevant field, out of which minimum 2 Years of experience should be in E-7 scale of pay in the relevant field or minimum 3 Years of experience should be in E6 scale of pay in the relevant field

For General Manager (Marketing & Distribution) (E8)

• B.Sc Degree (Agri.) / B Sc Degree (Horticulture) / M Sc Degree (Botany) or MBA Degree with specialization in Marketing from a reputed Institute / University
  
  
• Minimum 20 years of working experience in supervisory level in the relevant field, out of which minimum 2 Years of experience should be in E-7 scale of pay in the relevant field or minimum 3 Years of experience should be in E6 scale of pay in the relevant field.

Required Age

• Candidates should be above the age of 48 years and below the age of 53 years.
• Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC / PWD candidates provided as per government norms 

Application Fee

• Rs.200 General / OBC candidates
• Rs.100 SC / ST candidates
