Applications are invited from well-educated and capable professional for the following positions:

• Regulatory Officer (Legal)
• Stipendiary Regulatory Analysts (Legal) 

Note

• Appointment of the candidates is to be done on contract basis for a period of one year, which can be extended further as per organization preference. Candidate’s selection is to be done on the basis of Written Test and Interview. Only initial screening short-listed candidates will be called for the written test / interview.

Eligibility Conditions

For Regulatory Officer (Legal)

• Bachelor’s Degree of Law with minimum 60% in aggregate from a recognized University / Law School
  
  
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in various Courts, representing cases before Judicial / Quasi-Judicial bodies, and handling the legal affairs of any Public / Private sector organization or Public Authority
  
  
• Candidates, who have minimum 2 years of work experience in Power Sector / Regulatory Commission, will be considered as an added advantage.
  
  
• Excellent command over English and Marathi languages (speak and write)
  
  
• Candidates, who have cleared TOFEL / IELTS Exam in the past two year, will be preferred.
  
  
• Should knowledge of Computer Applications
  
  
• Candidates should be below the age of 35 years.

For Stipendiary Regulatory Analysts (Legal)

• LLB Degree with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University / Law School
  
  
• Candidates, who have done Five year Integrated Course in Law after High School, can also apply for the post.
  
  
• Excellent command over English and Marathi languages (speak and write)
  
  
• Candidates, who have cleared TOFEL / IELTS Exam in the past two year, will be preferred.
  
  
• Should knowledge of Computer Applications
• Candidates should be below the age of 30 years.
