Applications are invited from eligible, skillful and proficient candidates for the posts of Administrative Assistant and Lower Division Clerk (LDC). 

Note

• Candidate’s appointment is to be done on temporary contract basis for Clinical Trials Unit Project till January 2013. Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in academics, work experience and interview. Candidates short-listed in the initial screening will be called for the Interview.

Eligibility Conditions 

For Administrative Assistant

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a reputed Institute
  
  
• Should have minimum typewriting speed of 40 WPM in English
  
  
• Should have Computer Certificate (MSCIT) or Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized Institute
  
  
• Minimum 5 years of work experience as Clerical Assistant in Administration / Accounts / Establishment / Purchase / Stores
  
  
• Post Graduate Degree in the relevant discipline from a reputed Institute / University is desirable.
  
  
• Candidates should be below the age of 28 years

For Lower Division Clerk (LDC)

• Passed H Sc from a reputed Institute
  
  
• Should have minimum typewriting speed of 30 WPM in English
  
  
• Should have MS-CIT. with minimum 6 months of office experience in a Government / Private Organization as a Clerical Assistant
  
  
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a reputed Institute, with minimum typewriting speed of 40 WPM in English, is desirable
  
  
• Diploma in Computer Applications, with one year of experience in handling Secretarial / Administrative duties, Letter Drafting, etc., is desirable.
  
  
• Should have fluency in English (Oral and Written)
  
  
• Candidates should be below the age of 25 years
