Type: Exam Notices

NDA Entrance examination will be conducted by the UPSC on 22^nd August 2010, for admission to the Army, Navy and Air Force wings of the NDA for the 126th course and Naval Academy for the 88th Indian Naval Academy course (INAC) commencing from 30th June 2011.

Date of Notification/Last date for receipt of applications: 18th March 2010/ 19th April, 2010
Date of Commencement of examination and its duration: 22nd August 2010 (One day)

Eligibility:

Educational Qualification

For Army Wing of National Defence Academy: 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
(ii) For Air Force and Naval Wings of NDA and for 10+2 (Executive Branch) Course at Naval Academy: 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University.

Age Limits: 16 ½ - 19 years –

Only unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd July 1992 and not later than 1st January, 1995 are eligible".

Important: Candidates appearing at the 12th Class under the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination also eligible to compete subject to certain conditions.
