Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into two years Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) program in Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology offered at College of Pharmacy for 2013-14. 

Eligibility Conditions

• Candidate must attain the age of minimum 21 years on 31^st Dec, 2013.
  
  
• A candidate should have passed B.Pharm from AICTE approved institution, with minimum of 55% (50% for SC/BC/SBC) aggregate marks.
  
  
• Candidate should have passed GPAT with valid GPAT score for fellowship from AICTE (earlier GPAT was known as GATE).

How to Apply

• A copy of the prospectus containing an application form can be obtained from the office of Controller of Finance, Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak, in person on cash payment of Rs.1000 (Rs.250 for SC/BC/SBC/EBP of gen. caste candidates of Haryana only).
  
  
• A copy of the prospectus containing application form can also be downloaded from the official web site of the Pt.B.D.Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak-124001 i.e. http://www.uhsr.ac.in. Such candidates must fill up the form in his/her own handwriting. The Application Form along with a draft of Rs.1000 (Rs.250 for SC/BC/SBC/EBP of gen. caste CAT. Candidate of Haryana only) in favour of Controller of Finance, Pt.B.D.Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak payable at State Bank of India, Medical College, Rohtak (Code 4735) must reach the office of

Selection Procedure

• The provisional admission shall be made strictly in order of merit of valid GPAT score at the time of counseling subject to the medical fitness.
