Sri Ramachandra University (SRU), Chennai Invites Applications for Admission into MBBS/BDS Programs

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for programs to be offered for 2012.

How to Apply

Candidates can obtain the application form in person by paying Rs 500 at the university office, from 4^th April, 2012 onwards.
One can also get the same through post by sending requisition along with a DD for Rs 600/- (drawn in favor of Sri Ramachandra University, payable at Chennai) to the Registrar.
In addition, candidates can also download the application form from the university's official website: http://www.sriramachandra.edu.in/, however, in this case, the application form should be sent along with a DD of Rs 500/- in the above mentioned format.
The duly filled in and completed application form, along with requisite documents (whichever applicable), should be submitted latest by 15^th May, 2012.

Selection Procedure

Selection will be made on the basis of merit obtained by the candidates in the entrance exam conducted by the university on All-India basis.

Important Dates

Last date of issue of application forms: Thursday, 10^th May, 2012.
Last date of receipt of filled in application form: Tuesday, 15^th May, 2012.
Date and timing for the entrance exam schedule is as follows:
- For MBBS- Sunday, 27^th May, 2012 (10.00 am to 1.00 pm)
- For BDS- Sunday, 27^th May, 2012 (2.30 pm to 5.30 pm)
