Applications are invited from eligible candidates for Post Graduate Certificate in English Communication (PGCEC) program offered by Centre for English Language and Communication Skills (CELCS) for 2012.

Eligibility Conditions

• Graduates (any discipline) from any recognized Indian or foreign university are eligible to apply.

How to Apply

• Application forms may be had either from CELCS's office at Gandhi Bhavan, Mahatma Gandhi University campus on payment of Rs.100 per form or may be downloaded from the University website www.mgu.ac.in or through email on receipt of e-request at mgu.celcs@gmail.com

Selection Procedure

• Selection of students is based on the basis of the percentage of marks obtained in English at the +2 level or equivalent examination.
